Porto Playa

Porto Playa brings a design-led sensibility to Hayat Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The building is aligned with the path of the sun, and its orientation was refined using AI modelling to open up broad views of the sea. Its layered architecture gives an impression of lightness, as though the residence hovers just above the beach, lending a fresh personality and a new energy to life on the island.

The collection comprises 282 residences, from one to four bedrooms, with sizes ranging from 437 to 6,323 sq ft. The mood throughout takes its cue from the most relaxed and refined beach clubs: easy sophistication, an emphasis on light and air, and spaces that move fluidly between activity and rest. It is conceived as a destination in itself, as much as a place to live.

Amenities are generous and varied. There is a pool and spa, a yoga studio and meditation space, and an outdoor fitness area for training in the sea air. A coffee bar and business hub support the working day, while a picnic lawn, mini golf, an outdoor cinema, a teens' arcade room and a kids' splash pad cater to every age. EV charging is provided for residents.
