The Strand

The Strand is a new master community in Ras Al Khaimah, set in the Al Marjan beach area and planned around connected, walkable living. Its Urban District forms the energetic centre, bringing together co-working zones, a range of shops and restaurants and streets designed for convenience. It is a destination aimed at a new generation of residents who want contemporary homes with a strong sense of community built in from the start, and with daily essentials a short walk from home.

Landscape is central to the plan. The Strand Walk runs for 1.5 kilometres through the community, shaded by more than 5,000 trees and linking gardens, pools and social spaces along the way. The beaches of Al Marjan are a short drive away, and Dubai International Airport is around 50 minutes by car, giving residents both a calm everyday setting and straightforward connections across the region. Lunara is the first residential release within the Urban District.
