Raha Island is the second of Mina's two man-made islands and the setting for its harbour district. Here the marina and yacht club, the North Harbour waterfront and the evolving urban centre of Downtown Mina come together, creating an address with a distinctly maritime character. Residences look across lagoons, the open sea or towards the mountains, and neighbouring Hayat Island, with its beaches and resorts, is close at hand. It is a district shaped as much by boats and water as by streets.

The island blends established villa neighbourhoods with a new generation of resort-inspired apartment buildings. A new boulevard connects the wharf and marina with shops, restaurants and cultural spaces, while the harbour offers dining and boutiques beside the water.
